Bob Burton grew up in Lewes, Delaware and attended Cape Henlopen High School and Delaware Technical Community College where he earned an Associate Degree in Manufacturing Engineering. Bob spent his first three post graduated working for National Cash Register in Millsboro Delaware as an Industrial Engineer. After three years working at National Cash Register, Bob moved to Columbia, Maryland and spent a long career working Litton Industries and later after a merger for Northrop Grumman as an Operations Program Manager where he was responsible for $10,000,000 manufacturing budgets. In his Operations Program Manager position Bob was the Operations Liaison to the Department of Defense for all quality, schedule and budgetary reporting.



Bob earned his Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Management from University of Maryland's University College with an emphasis in Manufacturing Management. Bob and wife Susan purchased a second home in Millsboro, DE in 2005 knowing that his roots were in Coastal Delaware and that was their retirement destination. After a long career working in private industry on government Department of Defense contracts; Bob accepted early retirement and made Coastal Delaware his permanent home.



Bob obtained his Delaware license in 2012 and enjoys working with buyers to find their Coastal Delaware dream home as well as local residents interested in selling their dream homes.
