For our first big "Open House Weekend" of 2018, we're focusing on the areas in and around the southern Delaware coastal resort of Bethany Beach.

In conjunction with the town's inaugural "Fire & Ice Festival," we're holding three special events over the weekend. So if you're in the resort for what should be an extremely enjoyable mid-winter weekend, stop by and see us at any of the three properties featured below.

And to read more about the Fire & Ice Festival, read our expanded writeup of the event. It promises to be three fun-filled days at the Delaware beaches, at a time when it's a little easier to get around and have a nice time with your family and/or friends.
